Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Under this contract "NOEL TECHNOLOGIES" undertakes to maintain your systems or any electronic devices as mentioned in the invoice cum receipt for service contract form at the address mentioned therein. The contract provides for periodical service subject to terms and conditions as follows:

Service covered by the contract charges as follows:

	During the period of contract periodical visit once in 3 month will be made and thoroughly checked, cleaned and serviced.
	The additional visits during the contract period as and when required in the event of any breakdown of equipment on intimation in this regard by the customer. In such cases incidental expenses, transportation expenses will have to be borne by the customer @ Rs 100/- (max) per visit
	Replacement of worn-out/exhausted parts of the equipment will be at the cost of the customer. "NOEL TECHNOLOGIES" will submit the estimate for such parts for approval.
	Equipment should be made available for servicing as and when our technician calls on his periodical service visit dually taken appointment 2days before. failure to do so the visit for service postponed will be treated as service rendered and no refund will occur on this account.
	Every visit by our authorized service technician within 24hrs from receipt of complaint for breakdown of equipment.
	No visits will be made on Sundays/holidays.(exempted in case of emergency & availability of our technicians).
	Any up gradation or re installation of the equipment will be done at an addition cost as per rates prevailing on the date.
	This contract is neither terminatable nor transferable before the expiry of the period in any ever such as re-sale of gift any person or agency.
	This service contract is offered only within the corporation limits however, an additional amount of 350/- per visit will be charged extra beyond the service area limits.
	Contract charges are payable by Cheque/D.D in favor of "NOEL TECHNOLOGIES" in advance and payment shall accompany the signed copy of the contract and such payment shall be realized before the commencement of contract period.
	Renewal of the service contract after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of "NOEL TECHNOLOGIES" depending upon the Model / Age of the equipment.
	On the expiry of the period of the contract, the onus of renewing the contract rests with the customer.
	In the event of any complaint please quote the name, address and contract no.
	The contract shall not cover under the following circumstances:
		Damage cause to the equipment due to floods (rain water.), fire, accident, riot, breakage, pest, misuse, improper and negligent use, tampering, fluctuated electricity supply & etc.
		Damage caused due to the failure to observe operating instruments and precautions as mentioned in the user manual as the case may be.
		Defects due to usage of non-recommended spares.
		Defects resulting from servicing or repair done by a person other than that the authorized representative of the NOEL TECHNOLOGIES.
